【摘要】 对不同标准电能表或电能表检定装置在应用中经常遇到的脉冲输出技术问题进行分析,并提出了解决方法,为有关计量人员提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Pulse output technical problems in the application of different standards electric watt-hour meter or meter testing equipments are analyzed,and then,the solutions are brought out to take references for measurement personnel.
