【摘要】 从直接作用和间接作用的角度阐述了外商直接投资对东道国当地就业产生影响的基础,并从就业数量、就业质量和就业结构三方面详细地分析了就业效应在天津市的具体表现,最后根据就业效应分析的结论提出相关建议,应设法增加外商投资企业对国内物资的采购量,提高其产品国产化程度,从而提高外商直接投资的整体就业效应.更多还原

【Abstract】 Foreign direct investment (FDI) affects the local employment in the host country directly and indirectly. In this paper the base of the effect of FDI on employment is shown. The effect in Tianjin on the employment numbers, the quality of employment and the employment structure are analyzed. Suggestions to improve the effect are presented on the basis of the relevant analysis. Action should be taken to enlarge the FDI company to stock domestic material to improve the employment effect of FDI.更多还原
