【Abstract】 From the history of American environmental protection,the system of American court,has played a significant role in driving the development of American environmental laws among many other driving forces. Along with the evolution of main-stream theory affecting social thoughts,American environmental justice values has also seen great changes.Therefore,an understanding of their correlation will certainly give us a fresh angle of view on the main reason of China’s poor environmental justice.更多还原
