射水式喷射加热器结构设计计算与分析
Design and analysis of structure of steam jet heat exchanger
【摘要】 应用气体动力学理论,参照一维等压混合分析方法,对射水式喷射加热器结构设计进行了研究,列出各主要结构尺寸的计算式。分析了主要结构参数对喷射器工作性能的影响,得出水喷嘴的出口截面离混合室入口截面距离,及水喷嘴出口截面与混合室喉部的截面比等主要参数对喷射器工作性能的影响规律。
【Abstract】 The optimal structure design of steam jet heat exchanger is studied with one-dimensional isobaric mixed process and gas dynamics theory.The calculation expressions of the major structure sizes are listed.The influence of main structure parameter on performances of steam jet heat exchanger is analyzed.The influence laws of distance between nozzle and mixing chamber,the sectional ratio of water outlet nozzle to mixing chamber throat are concluded.
