【摘要】 目的用卡马西平治疗癫痫患者,并用P300来检测其认知功能的变化。方法收集我院神经内科门诊2002～2006年癫痫大发作患者共31例,其中男18例,女13例,年龄在25～40岁,用药前均作EEG、IQ及P300检查,服药半年或一年后再作P300检测。结果服用卡马西平半年组,P300潜伏期和反应时间较服药前明显缩短,P300波幅无显著性改变。服用卡马西平一年组,P300潜伏期和反应时间较服药前明显缩短,但因样本较少差异未达到显著性水平,P300波幅无明显改变。结论服用卡马西平半年或一年后,临床症状得到控制。P300潜伏期反应时间有明显变化,提示卡马西平治疗对癫痫患者的认知功能有一定的正影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study epileptic patients’ cognitive function by use of auditory event-related potentials P 300 after carbamazapine treatment. Methods Gather 31 cases of grandmal epilepsy within 2002-2006 in which 18 were male and 13 were female, with the age frome 25 to 40.All patients were examined by EEg、IQ and P300 before carbamazapine treatment, tested with auditory event related potentials p300 6 months and one year after treatment. Results There were no statistical differences in the p300 latency, but the amplitude and reaction time were significant shortered in 6 months group after carbamazapine treatment in epileptic patient. In one year group the amplitude and reaction time were significant shortered, while the P300 latency was no significant change because of despite of the lack of samples which didn’t show statistical differences. Conclusion The clinical symptoms can be controlled after 6 months’ or one year’s carbamazapine treatment. The statistical differences in the p300 amplitude and reaction time suggests the carbamazapine treatment has positive effects on the cognitive function of epileptic patient.更多还原
