【摘要】 技术创新促进了贵州工业的发展,工业技术创新资源条件得到改善,创新投入能力逐渐加强,创新活动专业化和创新产出能力也有很大提高。但在贵州,技术创新主要集中于大型企业、效益好的企业,而中小企业技术创新不足,尤其是高技术产业的自主创新能力不强,根本原因在于人力资源、资金的投入及自主创新能力不足。为此,推动贵州工业企业技术进步,需要加大资金投入,改善技术创新基础条件,通过合作创新发挥大企业优势,走"自主型"的绿色技术创新可持续发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological innovation has boosted industrial development in Guizhou,with improved resource conditions for industrial technological innovation,strengthened capacity for investment in innovation and enhanced specialization and productive capacity of innovation.In Guizhou,however,technological innovation is mainly found at large,well-performing enterprises Small and medium-sized enterprises are lacking in technological innovation,especially in capacity for independent innovation in the high-tech industry,the fundamental reason being lack of human resources,investment and capacity for independent innovation.Therefore,technological progress at industrial enterprises calls for increasing investment,improving basic conditions for technological innovation,giving full play to the advantages of large enterprises through cooperation,and taking a sustainable path of "independent" green technological innovation.更多还原
