纳米金刚石复合涂层焊接套及拉拔套的特性与应用
Characterization and Application of Nanocrystalline Diamond-Coated Welding and Drawing Dies
【摘要】 简述了纳米金刚石复合涂层焊接套及拉拔套的制备过程。该模具具有极其耐磨,与铝、铜等金属之间的摩擦因数较小和自润滑等优点,因而其使用寿命为常规尼龙模具的100倍,硬质合金模具的10倍左右。介绍了纳米金刚石复合涂层焊接套及拉拔套在同轴电缆和铝塑复合管铝管焊接成型、拉拔定径中的应用效果。该模具能在提高同轴电缆、铝塑复合管的产品质量,节约原材料,提高劳动生产率,降低工人劳动强度等方面发挥独特的作用,为企业带来很大的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The fabrication of nanocrystalline diamond-coated welding and drawing dies is described.These dies feature good wear resistance,low friction factor with copper and aluminum,and self-lubrication,and have the application lifetime that is one hundred times more than that of the conventional nylon dies,and ten times more than that of the hard-alloy dies.Also,the application effects of the nanocrystalline diamond-coated welding and drawing dies on the production of coaxial cables and PPR-Al composite tubes are introduced.This kind of dies can enhance the quality of the products,save raw materials,increase productivity,reduce labour consumption,and bring enormous profits for the enterprises.
