水滑石对蛋白核小球藻的生物学效应

【摘要】 用X射线衍射、原子力显微镜、透射电镜表征分析制备的镁铝水滑石[Mg4Al2(OH)12CO3·3H2O,layered double hydroxide,LDH]。研究了0,0.5,1,5,10g/L水滑石对蛋白核小球藻(Chlorellapyrenoidosa)的生物学效应。结果表明:实验制备的LDH结晶度好,晶相单一,粒度均匀。0.5~5g/LLDH促进了Chlorella pyrenoidosa的生长,提高了培养8d内叶绿素含量,提高了总碳酸酐酶和超氧化物岐化酶等细胞酶活性。10g/LLDH明显抑制了Chlorellapyrenoidosa的生长,显著降低了叶绿素含量和细胞酶活性,对Chlorella pyrenoidosa细胞结构产生了明显的破坏作用。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of the manufactured Mg4Al2(OH)12CO3·3H2O,layered double hydroxide (LDH) were studied by X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscope and transmission electron microscope. The biological effects of the LDH on Chlorella pyrenoi- dosa were studied. Layered double hydroxide was added to the medium at 0, 0.5, 1.0, 5.0 g/L, and 10 g/L, respectively. The results show that the LDH has uniformed uniform structures and integrity an integral crystal shape. Supplementation with the LDH at a concentration range of 0.5—5 g/L promoted Chlorella pyrenoidosa growth and enhanced the chlorophylchlorophyll content during the first eight days. The carbonic anhydrase and superoxide dismutase of Chlorella pyrenoidosa were improved at a concentration range of 0.5 —5 g/L LDH. However, addition of 10 g/L LDH restrains Chlorella pyrenoidosa growth distinctly and significantly reduces the chlorophychlorophyll content and cell enzyme activity. Meanwhile the whole cells’ structures of Chlorella pyrenoidosa were de- stroyed visibly at a concentration range of 10 g/L LDH.
