【Abstract】 The existing compensation methods of land expropriation have such problems as imprecision and too much flexibility.By adopting the multi-calculation method including income capitalization approach,market comparison approach,hypothetical development method and net present value method,with the integration of different factors,a fairly scientific and rational compensation criterion for land expropriation can be determined.It is of great realistic significance to the perfection of compensation mechanism,thus avoiding imprecision in compensation for land expropriation.更多还原
