振动时效工艺在箱体加工中的应用

【摘要】 结合振动时效的机理,针对振动时效设备对刚性较大的箱体时效时的难度,从工艺上作了探讨,提出了一些有效的方法,期盼对更好地推广应用振动时效技术起到抛砖引玉作用。

【Abstract】 Combining with VSR (Vibration Stress Relief) mechanism, some effective methods are put forward to conquer the difficulty of aging the rigid box. It can play a role to widely use the vibration aging technology.
