熔融石英陶瓷制备工艺的比较研究

【摘要】 分别介绍了注凝成型和等静压成型熔融石英陶瓷的技术,对两种成型工艺制品的生产周期、烧成制度、制品性能和灯检效果等作了比较。结果表明:等静压成型制品生产周期比注凝成型大大缩短,制品结构均匀,无阴影,性能优异。

【Abstract】 The isostatic pressing and gel-casting technique were introduced.The production cycle、sintering system、product performance and lamp detecting about isostatic pressing and gel-casting were investigated.As a result:Isostatic pressing shows shorter production cycle and more excellent performance.
