【Abstract】 At present,the bottom ash cooling of CFB boiler shades into the restricted factor for the boiler’s safe,stable and economical operating.On the basis of long-time study and research,one new type ash cooler installed in the primary air windbox or the primary air duct is introduced in this paper.The new method utilizes the primary air to cool bottom ash.The paper expatiates on the feasibility of the new type ash cooler from several aspects including cooling,separation,abrasion,etc.and analyzes the advantages of the ash cooler as reference.更多还原
