【摘要】 目的:探讨在机械通气患者中如何应用舒适护理减轻疼痛和不适。方法:对33例机械通气患者在整体护理中运用舒适护理,并评价其效果。结果:33例患者在生理、心理、社会及灵魂4个方面均得到改善,出院满意度调查为97.0%。结论:舒适护理在机械通气患者中的应用提高了护理服务质量,体现了"以人为本,以患者为中心"的现代护理理念。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore how to apply comfortable care on patients with mechanical ventilation in order to decrease pain and discomfort. Methods:33 patients with mechanical ventilation were applied with comfortable care and the effect was evaluated. Results:The physical, psychological, social and spirit aspects of 33 patients were improved. Conclusion:Comfortable care can improve the nursing service quality of patients with mechanical ventilation and can embody the concept of "human-centered and patient-centered".更多还原
