【Abstract】 Based on the fifth strategic management,article analyzes key factors that affect Strategic Alignment of Business Planning(BP) and Information Systems Planning(ISP),and gives the concept model based on the competence theory.Then,the empirical study uses Structure Equation Model(SEM) and data collected by a mail survey of Chinese enterprises to testify the assumption.As a result,it shows that the inner environment of corporation mainly determines the degree of BP-ISP and also directly affects efficiency of IT investment in corporation.更多还原
