微量稀土元素对锡银锑无铅焊料显微组织的影响

【摘要】 本文对锡银锑无铅焊料的显微组织进行了研究,发现添加微量的稀土元素可有效抑制枝条状银锡共晶组织的形核生长,细化晶粒,使Ag,Sn第二相弥散分布在基体中,使焊料的力学性能明显的提高。

【Abstract】 The effect of Rare Earth(Re)on the microstructure of SnAgSb lead-free solder is studied.The re- suits of experiment show that in SnAgSb lead-free solder the intermetallic compounds can be repressed dramat- ically,therefore resulting fine microstructure,Re can improve the mechanical of SnAgSb lead-free solder.
