软测量技术及其在刀具故障诊断中的应用
Soft-measuring Technology and Its Application on Tool Fault Diagnosis
【摘要】 介绍了软测量技术的概念和原理,分析了刀具故障诊断技术在高速加工中的必要性和可行性,介绍了基于软测量技术的刀具故障诊断系统及其技术路线和基于主轴电机电流的测量模型。
【Abstract】 The concept and principle of soft-measuring technology was introduced,the necessity and feasibility of tool fault diagnosis technology in HSC were analyzed.A soft-measurement-based tool fault diagnosis system and its technique path and measuring model based on the main motor current were presented.
