【摘要】 目的从组织管理学的角度探讨深圳市慢性病防治体系的基本组织要素。方法运用组织管理学的理论与方法,分析了深圳市慢性病防治体系的组织结构、组织模式、组织资源与组织环境等。结果深圳市慢性病防治体系是深圳市公共卫生体系的重要组成部分,承担全市慢性传染性和慢性非传染性疾病的预防控制工作。1990年以市慢性病防治院成立为标志,逐步形成了较为完善的组织体系,具有明显的地方特色。SARS以来,全市慢性病防治体系经历了一个较快的发展时期,人员、经费、设备等投入力度逐步加强,形成了可持续的发展环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The paper is designed to probe into the basic organizational elements of the system of chronic disease control and prevention on organizational management. Methods The organizational structure, model, resources and environment of the system are analyzed by the theory and method of organizational management. Results As an important component of Shenzhen’s public health system, the system is responsible for the prevention and control of chronic diseases. Since the municipal center of chronic disease control and prevention was founded in 1990, the system had been more and more perfect organizational system with special local characteristics. The system experienced a rapid process from SARS to now, and with the more and more manpower, health expenditure and equipment, the continuous developmental environment is gradually formed.更多还原
