近红外激光吸收光谱测量火焰中CO2气体浓度
Measurement of Carbon Dioxide Concentration in Flame Using Near Infrared Laser Absorption Spectroscopy
【摘要】 可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术是利用二极管激光器的波长调谐特性,获得被测气体特征吸收光谱范围内的吸收光谱,实现气体的定量分析。这种方法具有高灵敏、高选择性、快速响应、在线测量等诸多优点。介绍了利用TDLAS技术测量火焰中二氧化碳浓度的实验方法,并对消除燃烧中气体湍流造成光强波动的方法进行了研究,得到了较理想的结果。
【Abstract】 Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology is a new method to detect trace gas quantitatively based on the wavelength tunable character of diode laser to obtain the absorption spectroscopy in the characteristic absorption region. It is an ideal method for trace gas detection and industrial combustion control due to its advantages of high sensitivity, high selectivity, quick response, on -line measurement. The experiment method of measuring concentration of carbon dioxide in flame and removing light-intensity in combustion are introduced, and the result obtained is comparably good.
