基于数值计算的多层平板波导的场分布研究

【摘要】 文章提出了一种基于数值计算分析多层平板波导场分布情况的方法,从波动方程出发,以5层介质波导的TE模为例,推导出了此结构的色散方程,描绘出平板波导的场分布示意图,最后总结出此方法的一般步骤。

【Abstract】 A method is proposed for analyzing the field distribution in multilayer plane waveguide based on numerical calculation.The dispersion equation is derived from the wave equation of TE wave in five-layer dielectric waveguide,and the schematic illustration of the field distribution is described.The process is summarized in the end.
