【摘要】 某发电厂4号机组的发电机属于双水内冷汽轮发电机,其定子绕组在运行中局部有超温现象,被迫减负荷运行。经分析是空心铜导线有腐蚀产物沉积结垢,并对成因进行了探讨。详细介绍了用柠檬酸对发电机定子绕组进行化学清洗的方法。经过化学清洗后,定子绕组局部超温的现象已完全消失,保证了发电机安全满负荷运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Unit 4 generator of some power plant,a dual water inner cooled turbo-generator,was forced to operate at lower load owing to partial overtemperature of its stator winding during operation.Upon analysis,it was concluded that the problem was caused by the deposition and scaling of corrosion products in the hollow copper conductor.The reason of the scaling was also analyzed.Chemical cleaning for the stator winding using citric acid is described in detail in this paper.Since the chemical cleaning,the partial overtemperature of the stator winding has been eliminated completely and the safe full-load operation of the generator ensured.更多还原
