用轴测投影实现曲柄滑块机构运动动画的研究
Research on Movement Animation of Crank Block Mechanism Based on Axonometric Projection
【摘要】 以曲柄滑块机构为研究对象,建立了反映滑块位移与曲柄转角关系的数学模型。采用轴测投影的方法,通过Visual Lisp编程,对AutoCAD进行二次开发,实现了具有良好用户界面的曲柄滑块机构运动的动画仿真,为研究该机构的运动空间、运动过程和由滑块位移反求曲柄转角等提供了可视化的设计方法。
【Abstract】 With the crank block mechanism as an object,the mathematical function of block’s displacement and crank’s angle is built.Based on axonometric projection and software platform of AutoCAD,through Visual Lisp programming,the animation of movements of crank block mechanism is realized with a user-friendly interface.This visual design method can be applied to studying the movement space,the movement process,as well as the reverse design on angle of crank with displacement of block.
