基于单一DSP的X-Y平台控制器设计
Design of AC servo controller for X-Y table based on single DSP
【摘要】 在研究永磁同步电机数学模型和直接转矩控制理论的基础上,介绍了一种基于单一DSP芯片的X-Y平台全数字交流伺服控制系统.该系统以T I公司先进的电机控制专用芯片TM S320F 2812为核心,充分利用其丰富的端口资源、快速的运算处理能力,并融合直接转矩控制算法结构简单、对系统参数依赖小、动态响应优良等特性,大大减小了整个系统的体积,降低了成本,提高了系统的鲁棒性.实验设计结果表明该系统控制性能优良.
【Abstract】 Based on the research on mathematic model of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) and direct torque control(DTC) theory,a fully digital AC servo motion controller for X-Y table using single DSP is proposed.This system takes the advanced motor control chip TMS320F2812 as its core,and makes the best use of its port sources and rapid computation capability.Meanwhile,it integrated DTC’s excellent features of simplicity in structure,low-dependency on system parameters and good dynamic response,which greatly reduces the volume and cost of the entire system while increases robustness.Experimental design shows that this system has good control performance.
