【摘要】 观察小金丹对5-FU的减毒增效作用,采用白细胞计数方法计数模型小鼠的WBC、Hb、PLC及骨髓有核细胞,结果发现小金丹对5-FU具有减毒增效作用,5-FU加小金丹组与5-FU组相比,肿瘤抑制率、、WBC计数、Hb含量、PLC计数和骨髓有核细胞计数差异非常显著(P＜0．01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the synergism and attenuationm of Xiaojin Dan (XJD) on 5-FU in the treatment of liver cancer.After inoculated with H22 tumor cell line,ICR mice were randomly divided into five groups (5-FU group,small dose XJD/5-FU combined treatment group,middle dose group,large dose group,blank group),and treated with drugs respectively for ten days,and then all mice were sacrificed.Tumor tissues were decoherenced and weighed,and tumor inhibition ratios (IRs) were calculated,blood samples were obtained through cutting off mice,tail for blood routine test.The results showed that XJD had synergism on 5-FU, IRs were 49.41%,63.53%,56.47%,and 55.88% respectively in four groups,there was significant diference be- tween combined treatment group and 5-FU alone group (P＜0.01).Likewise,XJD had attenuation on 5- FU,there was also obvious variance bewteen combined treatment groups and 5-FU alone group (P＜0.01). Conclusion:XJD shows synergism and attenuationm on 5-FU.更多还原
