采用新支持体系固定联吡啶钌(Ⅱ)的溶解氧传感器
Dissolved oxygen sensor based on [Ru(bpy)3]2+ immobilized on a new supporting system
【摘要】 采用一种新的支持体系固定联吡啶钌(Ⅱ),制得复合敏感镀层,用于溶解氧测定。用复合化学镀技术将吸附有联吡啶钌(Ⅱ)([Ru(bpy)3]2+)的硅胶颗粒均匀牢固地固定在氧化铟锡(ITO)导电玻璃上,得到新的支持体系。敏感镀层对溶解氧的响应基本符合Stern-Volmer曲线方程,线性范围0~20mL/cm3,并具有良好的稳定性和重现性。探讨了发射波长蓝移的原因。敏感镀层有较好的灵敏度,用于实际水样溶解氧测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A [Ru(bpy)3]2+-based dissolved oxygen sensor with a new supporting system was studied. [Ru (bpy)3]2+ was adsorbed on silica gel particles and the supporting system was obtained by immobilizing the particles onto ITO (indium tin oxide) conductive glass evenly and firmly by complex chemical plating. The response of the sensitive coating to dissolved oxygen accords with Stern-Volmer equation basically over the range of 0~20 mL/cm3 and the stability and repeatability are good. The cause of blue shift is discussed. The results for the determination of dissolved oxygen in water samples are satisfactory.
