制浆造纸工业基于PROFIBUS现场总线的CIPS实施方案

【摘要】 本文针对制浆造纸工业的生产特点,分析了制浆造纸工业对CIPS(流程工业计算机集成过程系统)的需求,然后介绍了制浆造纸工业的CIPS三层体系结构,并设计了造纸厂基于PROFIBUS现场总线的CIPS实施方案。

【Abstract】 Combined with the features of the pulp and paper industry, its requirements to CIPS are analyzed in this paper. Then a three-layer integrated structure of CIPS suitable for pulp and paper industry is discussed. In addition, an executive scheme of CIPS used in the pulp and paper industry is presented based on PROFIBUS.
