【Abstract】 To build a new socialist countryside on the west side of the Straits,according to the national balanced development strategy and the policies of intensive growth and independent innovation,it is proposed to take the opportunity of cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan such as the division and development of Fujian and Taiwan industries,the central government supporting the development on the west side of the Straits,building the agricultural cooperation experimental zone of the two sides of the Straits,meanwhile fully pay attention to the problems such as widening gap between urban and rural areas on the west side of the Straits,serious restriction of resources and environment,finally comprehensively analyze the local conditions of cities aiding rural areas and industry supporting agriculture and the development trend of industry cluster,thus to choose a strategy favourable for the local practical conditions.更多还原
