茄尼溴的色谱合成

【摘要】 实验证实了茄尼溴色谱合成的可行性,为实现由粗品茄尼醇的精制到茄尼溴的合成一体化奠定了坚实的实践基础。茄尼溴色谱合成条件为:15×150mmODS柱,5g茄尼醇和0.7mL吡啶溶于12mL无水乙醇中,将茄尼醇溶液加到ODS柱上;待茄尼醇溶液全部浸入填料后用0.05mL/mLPBr3乙醚溶液20mL冲洗色谱柱;将从底端接得的溶液再加入层析柱中1,重复2次。

【Abstract】 The feasibility of Synthesis of solanesol bromide by chromatography was researched. The tproducts of solanesol bromide was gained. The optimized course of synthesize reaction were: 15×150mm ODS column, 5g refine solanesol and 0.7ml pyridine were solved in 12ml ethanol; then they were poured into the ODS column, then 0.05mL/mL PBr3 aether solution was used to elute ;the collected fraction was reused as the mobile phase, and the process were repeated 2 times.
