【Abstract】 In this paper some thoughts and feelings on water sample pretreatment, collection time and other respects provided by "Water Examination, the fourth edition" are presented based on my experiments. The content of chlorophyll a in water is calculated by the method of three-color spectrophotometry. Some propositions about the measure of quality control are offered.更多还原
