【摘要】 目的了解湖北省中老年人群超重和肥胖流行现状与影响因素,为进一步开展超重与肥胖人群防治和采取有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,横断面调查湖北省10个县市35岁以上人群超重与肥胖病的流行情况及生活习惯等。结果湖北省35岁以上人群超重与肥胖标化患病率为4.4%,男性和女性分别为30.2%和29.6%,农村、城镇、城市分别为26.7%、29.7%和31.9%;超重肥胖率在女性、城市人群中为高;超重肥胖率随饮食消费增高而上升;超重肥胖组相关慢性病患病率除糖尿病外均高于非超重肥胖组。结论湖北省中老年超重肥胖现状不容乐观,超重肥胖现患率与性别、年龄、区域和饮食消费等因素相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the prevalence and related factors associated with overweight and obesity for the middle-aged and elderly population in Hubei province,China,so as to provide guidance and data for overweight and obesity prevention and control.Methods Cross-sectional study for the prevalence and related factors of overweight and obesity of the people aged above 35 and elderly was performed.Results The average prevalence rate of overweight and obesity for people aged above 35 years and elderly was 4.4%,and 30.2%,29.6% in male and female respectively.The rates for rural,town and urban were 26.7%,29.7% and 31.9% respectively.The rates increased with the increase of food consumption.The incidence rates of chronic diseases in the people of overweight and obesity were obviously higher then those in the non-overweight people.Conclusion Overweight and obesity are prevalent in Hubei province.The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity are different in gender,age,living area and food consumption.Overweight and obesity control is one of the emphasis for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.更多还原
