【摘要】 目的了解暗娼中艾滋病性病的相关知识、态度、信念和行为(KABP)现状,尤其是安全套防病作用的认识和使用情况及相关需求,为“武汉市娱乐场所100%安全套使用试点项目”提供可靠的基线资料,以指导干预措施的制定和实施。方法对试点地区娱乐场所170名暗娼采取KABP结构问卷调查和面对面深入访谈。结果170名暗娼完成了KABP问卷调查,她们的平均年龄为20.3岁,66.3%来自于农村,文化水平普遍偏低,67.2%的暗娼受教育时间在7～9年之间。41.8%的暗娼不知道艾滋病感染者是否能从外表上看出;84.6%的暗娼采用阴道冲洗;72.2%的暗娼注射和服用抗生素;75.1%的暗娼采取检查嫖客生殖器的办法预防艾滋病性病。18.5%的暗娼在卖淫时坚持使用安全套,41.8%的暗娼在卖淫时曾发生安全套破裂的情况。66.2%的暗娼自述在最近半年中患过生殖器官疾病或不适。94.1%的暗娼都表示希望了解更多的艾滋病性病知识。结论娱乐场所暗娼非常缺乏有关艾滋病性病的相关知识,设计制作针对暗娼的健康教育材料,对娱乐场所的暗娼开展以外展为主的健康教育干预活动已成当务之急。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the STI/HIV-related knowledge and demands of prostitutes in Wuhan, so as to obtain baseline information and take intervention measure.Methods Face-to-face talk,KABP questionnaires and in-depth interviews were conducted to collect information about STI/HIV knowledge, sexual activities, measures of prevention of STI/HIV, condom use, history with sexually transmitted disease (STD) infection and health care seeking behavior among prostitutes. Results 170 finished questionnaires, among whom the average age was 20.3 years old, 66.3% came from countryside. The educational attainment of most prostitutes was rather low, 67.2% received education for 7-9 years. 5.9% never heard of AIDS, and 41.8% knew nothing about HIV/AIDS; 61.8% had abortion; 84.6% used vaginal douche, 72.2% took injection or medicine and 75.1% had the clients’ genetalia checked for STD/AIDS prevention; only 18.5% used condom consistently. 41.8% had condom breakage during sexual behavior, 66.2% reported suffering from STI at least once in previous six months; 94.1% expressed the need of more information on STD and HIV/AIDS through TV, newspapers, magazines etc.Conclusion The prostitutes in the entertainment establishments lacked STI/AIDS-related knowledge in Wuhan. They were vulnerable to STI/AID infection. Health education and other interventions are in urgent need.更多还原
