【摘要】 目的检测冷水七醇提物的体外抗菌活性,探讨其治疗细菌性肠炎痢疾的机制。方法采用纸片琼脂扩散法测定冷水七醇提物的体外抗菌活性。结果冷水七醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺菌无抑制活性,对白假丝酵母菌具有一定的抗菌活性。结论冷水七醇提物用于治疗细菌性肠炎痢疾并非通过体外抑制供试菌的机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate antibacterial activity of Ethanol Extracts of Impatiens pritzellii Hook.F.var.hupehensis Hook.f.Methods slip-agar diffusion method were used to test the antibacterial activity.Results Ethanol Extracts of Impatiens pritzellii Hook. F.var.hupehensis Hook.f.haven′t antibacterial activity to staphylococci aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Escheiichia coli,Shigella dysenteriae and have some antibacterial activity to Candida albicans.Conclusion the mechanism of Ethanol Extracts of Impatiens pritzellii Hook.F.var.hupehensis Hook.f.to treat the dysentery need further study as the drug haven′t antibacterial activity to the tested bacterium in vitro.更多还原
