【摘要】 目的探讨鼻咽癌放射治疗后鼻窦炎的临床特点、治疗方法、治疗效果及影响手术疗效的相关因素。方法回顾性分析1999年3月～2005年3月47例接受鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻咽癌放射治疗后鼻窦炎患者的临床表现、体征、影像学资料及诊治经过。结果47例中治愈28例(59.6%),好转17例(36.2%),无效1例(2.1%),死亡1例,总有效率95.8%,手术死亡率2.1%。结论经鼻内镜手术是治疗鼻咽癌放射治疗后鼻窦炎的有效方法,严格掌握手术适应证和禁忌证、把握手术范围、术后综合治疗是提高治愈率和降低死亡率的重要步骤。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical features,surgical treatment of nasosinusitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy. METHODS Forty-seven patients who suffered from nasosinusitis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma underwent endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS) from March 1999 to March 2005. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS 28 cases(59.6 %) were completely cured,17 cases(36.2 %) were improved and 1 case(2.1 %) showed no change. One patient(2.1 %) died because of intracranial infection. The total effective rate was 95.8 %. CONCLUSION The results showed ESS was a safe and effective method in the treatment of nasosinusitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy. Furthermore,appropriate operation and postoperative combined therapy were the keys to enhance the cure rate and reduce the death rate.更多还原
