【摘要】 目的探讨脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术治疗门静脉高压症的疗效。方法回顾68例采用脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术治疗门静脉高压症的临床资料,对手术前后肝功能、再出血率、并发症发生率等进行分析。结果无手术死亡术后半个月肝功能好转58例,无变化10例。术后随访6个月~4年,再出血率9%,全组病人脾亢症状消失。结论脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术治疗门静脉高压症疗效确切,操作简便,止血可靠,再出血率低,有良好的临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of splenectomy plus pericardial devascularization in portal hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 68 cases of portal hypertension treated with splenectomy plus pericardial devascularization were retrospectively reviewed.The pre-and post-operative hepatic function were compared and the incidences of rebleeding and complications after the surgery were analyzed.Results No death happened during the operation.In 58 cases,the hepatic function was improved half a month after the surgery.The other 10 cases showed no alteration.During the follow-up period lasting 6 months to 4 years,the incidence of rebleeding was 9%.The symptoms of excessive spleen vanished in all 68 cases.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of splenectomy plus pericardial devascularization used to treat portal hypertension is affirmatory.The operative procedures are not complicated and the rate of rebleeding after the surgery is relatively low.Therefore,splenectomy plus pericardial devascularization is valuable in the treatment of portal hypertension.更多还原
