【摘要】 目的观察不同药物的联合使用对急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(ADVT)的治疗效果。方法将72例ADVT患者随机分为三组。第一组以低分子右旋糖酐500 ml加复方丹参注射液20 ml,平衡液500 ml加尿激酶25万U;第二组以低分子右旋糖酐500 ml加复方丹参注射液20 ml,平衡液500 ml加尿激酶50万U;第三组以低分子右旋糖酐500 ml加尿激酶25万U,生理盐水加东菱精纯克栓酶(batroxobin,DF-521)10 BU为主。36例患肢静脉给药,36例上肢静脉给药。以B超检查及患肢消肿时间判断治疗效果。结果第一、二组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第三组疗效明显优于第一、第二组(P<0.05),各组无严重并发症。结论急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(ADVT)的溶栓效果与下肢深静脉血栓的类型有关,联合应用尿激酶、东菱精纯克栓酶、华法令、低分子右旋糖酐是治疗ADVT的一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To randomly investigate the effects of different combined drugs therapies on acute deep venous thrombosis(ADVT).Methods Seventy-two patients with ADVT of lower extremities were divided into three groups(group A,B,C)randomly.The main medicines of the group A were low molecular dextran 500 ml plus salivia miltiorriza 20 ml and Ringer’s solution 500 ml plus urodinase 250 000U.The main medicines of the group B were low molecular dextran 500 ml plus salvia miltiorriza 20 ml and Ringer’s solution 500 ml plus urokinase 500 000 U.The main medicines of the group C were low molecular dextran 500 ml plus urokinase 250 000 U plus Bartroxbin(DF-521) 10 BU.There medicines were intravenously dripped to the suerficial vein of the wounded leg in 36 patients,and to the suerficial vein of the upper limb in the other 36 patients.The curative effect was evaluated according to the ultrasonic examination and the repercussive time of the wounded leg.Results The curative effect of the group C was significantly superior to that of the group A and the group B respectively(P<0.05).There was no serious complication in all the three groups.Conclusion Using of combination ruokinase,Bartroxbin(DF-521),warfarin,and low molecular dextran is a safe and effective method for treating ADVT.更多还原
