FDTD法研究镀纳米结构薄膜光纤探针近场分布的特性
Near-field distribution simulation of an optical fiber probe coated with a nanostructure-film by FDTD method
【摘要】 利用时域有限差分法(finite difference time domain,FDTD),对镀纳米结构薄膜光纤探针的成像特性进行数值模拟。讨论了探针尖端纳米颗粒以及薄膜中粒间距对探针分辨率和灵敏度的影响。结果发现,镀膜中颗粒分散且针尖端20 nm内有一个纳米颗粒时,分辨率可以提高数十纳米,灵敏度提高数十倍。
【Abstract】 The paper simulated the imaging of PSTM probe tip coated with thin nanostructure-film by finite difference time domain method.With changes of location of particles on the probe tip end and distance between neighborhood particles,the influence on resolution and sensitivity of probe tip was discussed.The results revealed that when particles were dispersive in the film and only one nano particle was on the tip end within 20 nm,better resolution and sensitivity could be gotten.
