用三元相图对煤灰熔点预报研究

【摘要】 利用HR-4灰熔点测定仪,对府谷、露天、宝雁、宝一等4个煤灰样,分别在弱还原性和氧化性气氛下测得它们的灰熔融特征温度,利用CaO-SiO2-Al2O3三元系统相图对实验结果进行比较分析。结果表明:弱还原性气氛下,运用CaO-SiO2-Al2O3三元相图预报煤灰熔点比实验值高是因为忽略了煤灰中其它杂质矿物质组分;氧化性气氛下,运用CaO-SiO2-Al2O3三元相图来预报煤灰熔点,预报值很接近实验值,且煤灰系统中CaO的含量越高预报值和实验值越接近。

【Abstract】 Using HR-4,the coal ash–fusion temperatures of four ashes,i.e.Fugu,Lutian,Baoyan and Baoyi are tested under different atmospheres;then the experiment results are analyzed with the CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 ternary phasic chats.It is shown that the values predicted by the CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 ternary phasic chat are higher than the experimental datum as the other mineral components are ignored under weak deoxidation atmosphere.The values predicted by the CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 are closer to experimental datum and the higher content of the CaO component,the accurater of the prediction under oxidation atmosphere.
