【摘要】 根据体积相等原则,应用渐开线基本性质及微积分推导了外花键冷滚压成形前坯料直径。并通过CAXA造型验证了花键截面积的数值解,其相对误差小于0.05%,保证了坯料直径的计算精度。根据理论公式计算的滚压成形前坯料直径制备工件坯料,在数值模拟和工艺实验中获得合格的零件。运用Visual Basic、MATLAB编制开发了人机交互性好,能快捷准确地实现对成形前坯料直径求解的软件。更多还原

【Abstract】 The diameter of billet before external spline cold rolling has been deduced based on the principal that in the process of external spline cold rolling the former-volume is equal to later-volume by using the property of involute and the knowledge of calculus.The numerical solution of sectional area of spline has been checked by CAXA within the error percentage less than 0.05% which insures the calculated accuracy of diameter of billet.Acceptable parts have been obtained in numerical simulation and industrial process according to the theoretical formula of diameter.The solving soft of the diameter of billet before spline cold rolling has been exploited by applying Visual Basic and MATLAB which has many advantages, such as good man-machine interactive,fast solving speed,accurate solving.更多还原
