电池复合金属材料研究与制备
Study and preparation of battery clad metals
【摘要】 通过对电池、电动工具等行业应用到的单金属材料进行研究分析,利用先进控温复合技术以及精密轧制技术,开发出一系列高性能、环保型的电池复合金属材料,满足了电池对焊接强度高、内阻低等性能要求,其中超镍复合材料DN-1取代大部分在电池及电动工具等行业中所用到的纯镍带,节省了大量纯镍带。
【Abstract】 By analyzing different characteristic, Different single metal thicknesses were studied. By advanced controlling temperature bonding technology and precision rolling, A series of Green Battery clad metals were designed and which have the characteristics of good welding, low resistance, and etc. So they were used to the pure nickel in the Battery Industry and Electromotion Tools . It could save a great deal of the nickels.
