基于MSP 430单片机的便携式电池内阻测试仪
Portable instrument based on MSP 430 MCU for testing battery internal impedance
【摘要】 以嵌入式超低功耗微处理器MSP430为核心,研制一种实用的低功耗便携式内阻测试仪。提出了采用基于锁相放大原理的交流注入法测量电池内阻,并阐述了其工作原理,详细分析了系统的软硬件结构。测试结果表明,该仪器能较好地满足镍氢电池和锂离子电池的内阻测试要求。
【Abstract】 A new kind of portable instrument for testing battery internal impedance based on ultralow-power microcontrollers-MSP 430 was developed.The practical circuit for testing the impedance of battery by using phase lock amplifying circuit was introduced,and working principle was discussed in detail. Experimental results show that the instrument meets the design requirements, and especially appropriate for testing the internal impedance of Ni-MH and Li-ion battery.
