活性中间相炭微球在超级电容器中的应用

【摘要】 利用KOH化学活化方法制备活性中间相炭微球(MCMBs),通过改变活化剂比例、活化温度及活化停留时间,考察活化条件对活性炭微球吸附性能和孔结构的影响,发现活性炭微球孔结构的变化与活化剂添加量之间存在良好的相关性;未经过炭化处理的中间相炭微球具有独特的各向异性结构,其碳层取向性强,活化产物对小分子(如碘分子)吸附质具有良好的吸附性能,最大值可达到2383mg/g;以活性中间相炭微球为电极材料制备的水系双电层电容器循环性能良好,最大质量比电容可达271F/g。

【Abstract】 Activated mesocarbon microbeads (MCMBs) were prepared by KOH chemical activation method, the effect of activation conditions on the absorb capability and pore structure of activated MCMBs was investigated by changing KOH/MCMBs ratio, activation temperature and holding time, and a better regulation between the pore structure changing and active agent ratio was found. The results show that it’s harder to be activated for the carbonaceous layers in the parallel direction than the perpendicular direction because the latter had more disfigurements due to the special anisotropic structure of the MCMBs without carbonization (raw MCMBs). The activated mesocarbon microbeads is a better adsorbent for little molecules and the iodine adsorption value maximum is 2 383 mg/g. The specific capacitance of electric double-layer capacitor (EDLC) prepared by activated MCMBs and 30% KOH aqueous solution was discussed and the maximum value of specific capacitance was 271 F/g.
