【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and optimizes the factors of evaluating level of subjects and quality of periodical,which are related to the foreign periodicals acquisition in the university library.It defines the need index of subjects on foreign periodicals and the selected index of foreign periodicals with the “temperature-onion” algorithm and constructs the decision knowledge database by data mining.Finally based on an idea of triple purchasing algorithm,it brings forward the DSS for foreign periodicals acquisition in the university libraries.更多还原
