网络环境下查新用户信息行为特点及服务策略
The characteristics of the users’ behaviors and the service tactics under the network environment
【摘要】 文章分析了网络环境下查新用户信息行为的特点及影响其信息行为的因素,并提出了相应的服务对策,为信息机构提高服务质量提供参考。
【Abstract】 This article makes an analysis of both the behavior characteristics of the users,and the influences on the behaviors of the users,raises some corresponding measures and provides some references for the information agencies to improve the service quality.
