被检工件表面的纹路是凹或凸的判定

【摘要】 根据显微镜成像规律,给出了被检工件表面的纹路是凹还是凸的判定方法,该方法经受了实验的检验。

【Abstract】 According to the law of an image formed by a microscope,a method is given which judges lines on the surface of the examined workpiece to be sunken or raised,and the method is proved to test the experiment.
