石化企业深冷空分装置长周期运行

【摘要】 针对石化企业生产装置由两年一修向三年一修过渡,要求公用工程长周期安全运行的现状,通过对影响深冷空分长周期运行因素入手,结合我厂两套空分装置三年来的运行情况,从原料、设备、工艺、操作和管理等方面分析了存在的问题,提出了解决措施和建议。

【Abstract】 According to petroleum and chemical installation from one of two years, overhaul the present situation that asks communal project long period safety to operation to a transition of 3 years overhauled.Through air separation unit,the long period operation factor of equipment is analysed,from the aspect such as industrial chemicals,equipment,technology, operation and management, make measure and suggestion.
