考虑谐波特性的Boost变换器动态相量模型

【摘要】 基于动态相量法建立了考虑谐波特性的Boost变换器动态相量模型,从理论角度论证了Boost变换器中的电感电流近似为锯齿波的合理性,通过对状态方程降阶,避免了直接采用时域微分方程进行动态相量运算所引起的状态方程阶数过高的问题。占空比不变、占空比跃变和输入电压跃变3种情况下的仿真结果表明该模型具有时不变、非线性的动态特性,具有精度高、误差小、仿真速度快等优点,能较好地分析电力电子装置的暂态过程。

【Abstract】 Based on dynamic phasor method and considering harmonic characteristics,a dynamic phasor model of Boost converter is established and it is theoretically argued that to approximately regard the inductive current in Boost converter as saw-tooth wave is reasonable;by means of reducing the order of state equation,the trouble of state equation with too high order,which appears while the time-domain differential equation is directly used to carry out dynamic phasor operation,can be avoided.Simulation results of three circumstances,i.e.,fixed duty ratio,duty ratio jumping and input voltage jumping,show that the established model possesses the dynamic characteristic with time-invariance and non-linearity,its advantages are high accurate and low error as well as it can be quickly simulated,so the proposed model can be used to analyze transient process of power electronic devices.
