【Abstract】 Hu Shi and Zhang Jun-Mai are firm constitutional supporters all their life,but the constitutional thought of them are quite different.Their liberalism belongs to two genealogies of positive freedom and negative freedom.They all condemn the actions of Kuomintang’s devastating human rights,but the Hu Shi’s human rights theory is individualism while Zhang Jun-Mai supports the socialism.Hu Shi has not a concrete political design plan but Zhang Jun-Mai accomplishes the design of finding a state.更多还原
