【Abstract】 Key frame extraction is one of fundamental processes in video analysis and content-based video retrieval.Key frame can dramatically reduce the data of the video indexing,so the paper presents a new approach for key frame extraction based on RS theory and I frame.This approach not only carries in the compression territory,but also only needs I frame data of video streaming,so it reduced the quantity of data operated greatly.更多还原
