【摘要】 <正>一、2006年缅甸政局(一)军政府致力于执政能力建设贪污腐败问题一直是导致缅甸现政府行政效率低下、政策难以贯彻落实的重要原因,因此2006年缅甸政府开展了以加强廉政建设和惩治腐败为中心内容的执政能力建设。

【Abstract】 Broadly speaking, the political situation in Myanmar in 2006 was steady, but the economy was remarkable: New policy in economy was drawn up, but its promotion to economic development hasn’t been evident; the international situation gets worse, especially the relationship between Myanmar and ASEAN, Myanmar and western states gets tighter.
