【摘要】 [目的]考察注射用布美他尼、盐酸多巴胺、甲磺酸酚妥拉明在生理盐水中的配伍稳定性。[方法]采用两种高效液相色谱法,测定3种药品在盐水中配伍后,盐酸多巴胺、甲磺酸酚妥拉明和布美他尼的含量在6 h内的变化,同时观察和检测配伍液的外观及pH值变化。[结果]在室温(25℃)条件下,盐酸多巴胺、布美他尼、甲磺酸酚妥拉明注射液于0.9%氯化钠注射液中混合配伍,6 h内混合溶液无色澄明,未见颜色改变、气泡产生及肉眼可见的沉淀生成,pH值稳定,3种药品6 h内含量无显著变化。[结论]注射用布美他尼、盐酸多巴胺、甲磺酸酚妥拉明在生理盐水中配伍,至少在6 h内稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the compatible stability of bumetanide injection combined dopamine hydrochloride injection,phentolamine mesilate injection in N.S.[Method] Content of mixed solution were determined by HPLC,the external appearance were observed and pH values were determined within 6h after mixing.[Results] At room temperature within 6 h,there were no significant changes in content,colour and pH for mixed solution.[Conclusion]After the compatibility of bumetanide injection,dopamine hydrochloride injection,phentolamine mesilate injection in N.S,within 6 h,they kept relative stability.更多还原
