【摘要】 [目的]研究膜荚黄芪、蒙古黄芪与红芪微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn的含量,为开发利用传统中药提供参考。[方法]采用校准曲线法用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn的含量。[结果]膜荚黄芪中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素的含量是802.0μg.g-1,72.03μg.g-1,23.31μg.g-1,136.0μg.g-1。红芪中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素的含量是202.3μg.g-1,50.09μg.g-1,13.29μg.g-1,70.13μg.g-1。蒙古黄芪中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素的含量是265.8μg.g-1,35.44μg.g-1,8.845μg.g-1,63.08μg.g-1。[结论]膜荚黄芪中微量元素较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To provide reference for rational exploiting and utilizing the plant of Radix Astragalus(Huang-qi).[Methods] Atomic absorption spectrophotometer were used to determine the content of the trace elements.[Results] The results showed that there were differences among the content of these elements in different kinds of Astragalus membranaceus.the content of astragalus membranaceus,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 802.0 μg ·g-1,72.03 μg ·g-1,23.31 μg ·g-1 and 136.0 μg ·g-1,respectively.the content of manyinflorescened sweetvetch root’s Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 202.3 μg ·g-1,50.09 μg ·g-1,13.29 μg ·g-1 and 70.13 μg ·g-1,respectively.The content of var mongolicus(Bge.) hsiao’s Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 265.8 μg ·g-1,35.44 μg ·g-1,8.845 μg ·g-1 and 63.08 μg ·g-1,respectively.[Conclusion] There are higher contents of these elements in Hei-Long Jiang huang-qi.更多还原
